Laser Sealed-Edge 2-Ply Quilted Sterile Cleanroom Wipes
Perfwipe laser sealed-edge 2-ply quilted cleanroom wipes are ultra low level of particle emission, extremely absorbent, abrasion resistant.
The Perfwipe sterile dry wipes SSPH-SK4-LE Series are 100% polyester 2-ply heavyweight wipes with laser cut sealed edges with ultrasonic construction to create a quilted pattern. The laser cut process contributes to melt each fiber along the edges, perfectly reducing the particle emission. All wipes laundered in a Class 100 Cleanroom, sealed in triple cleanroom bags. These wipes are low in ionic levels, extremely absorbent and abrasion resistant.
The wipes are sterilized by Cobalt 60 Gamma Irradiation to a Sterility Assurance Level of 10-6 accordance with the standard ISO 11137 guidelines.
